Cisco Entry Level

The first step in achieving an Associate-level certification would begin with achieving a CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) or a CCT (Cisco Certified Technician) certification.

As you can see in the above mentioned table, the main certification that needs to be completed is CCENT which is the same as far as the Certification exam is considered but it would be different in the higher level certifications.

CCENT exam code was 100-101 ICND1 which was retired on August 20, 2016 and the new exam code is 100-105 ICND1
